We are looking for a proactive and energetic Sales & Lead Generation Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate quality leads, build client relationships, and support our corporate sales team in expanding MICE Emporio's presence across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective corporate clients across industries.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Connect with HR, Admin, L&D, Employee Engagement, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for the business development team.
- Maintain and update CRM with leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up consistently to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Represent MICE Emporio professionally during networking events and exhibitions whenever required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and client outreach.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.
- Basic understanding of CRM software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Experience in MICE, Events, Hospitality, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
