Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), package units, split and VRF/VRV systems, ventilation systems, and associated controls.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults using appropriate testing equipment.
- Carry out repairs, component replacements, and system adjustments to restore equipment performance.
- Conduct installation, testing, commissioning, and performance verification of HVAC equipment.
- Respond promptly to service calls and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Inspect HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions or system upgrades.
- Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance records, inspection checklists, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and applicable industry standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of service activities.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend procurement of required materials.
- Provide technical guidance to technicians and support staff during service activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating maintenance findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
- Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and testing instruments.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and service management practices.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
