JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Counselor to join our team. The role includes assisting students, provide guidance and handle students queries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Counsel students
- Provide support in conducting meetings and sessions
- Collaborate with senior team
- Maintain data and follow ups
- Handle walk-in inquires, calls and online leads professioanlly
- Listen student' need and guide them with suitable course
ELIGIBILITY
- Good verbal and written communication
- Positive attitude and willingness to work
- Basic knowledge about MBA entrance exams such as CAT, CMAT and IPMAT
- Ability to handle front office activities
- Freshers can apply
