Hiring: Bartender / Barista
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Bartender / Barista to join our café team. If you have a passion for coffee, beverages, and delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, mocktails, shakes, and other café beverages.
- Maintain consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
- Keep the bar and coffee station clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment safely.
- Maintain hygiene and follow food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory and stock management.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
- Work closely with the kitchen and service staff during busy hours.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or Bartender is preferred.
- Freshers can apply
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, responsible, and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and maintain high service standards.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹13,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week
