Hello! We are looking for a School Counsellor / Student Well-being Counsellor for our campus in Kovilpatti.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group support for students.
Partner with teachers and parents on behavioral and learning strategies.
Develop school-wide well-being systems and preventive workshops.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Master’s in Psychology, Counselling, or Applied Psychology.
Experience: Proven ability to work with children or adolescents in a school or clinical setting.
Skills: Strong ethics, documentation discipline, and a calm, high-ownership working style.
