Role Description The Store Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The Store Executive will oversee day-to-day store operations, including receiving, verifying, and issuing materials, components, and finished goods. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate stock records, updating inventory systems, organizing storage areas, and coordinating with production, purchase, and sales teams to ensure timely material availability. The role also involves monitoring stock levels, preparing regular inventory reports, assisting with stock audits, and ensuring proper handling, labeling, and safety practices within the store. The Store Executive will interact with internal stakeholders and vendors, address queries related to materials, and support efficient workflow in the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Inspect received materials for quantity and visible quality.
- Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requisitions.
- Maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system or inventory registers.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material requirements and follow-up.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of all materials.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual stock verification and reconciliation.
- Maintain records of inward, outward, returns and rejected materials.
- Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and other store documents.
- Coordinate with production, quality, dispatch, and accounts for smooth material flow.
- Assist during internal and external audits by providing required records and documents.
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports for management.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of inventory and store management procedures.
- Experience with ERP software and Microsoft Excel.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing materials and machine components.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
