Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, creative, and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, creative agencies, and internal teams.
This role combines Marketing Coordination, Digital Marketing Management, and Global Market Research, with a strong emphasis on expanding business opportunities across the GCC region. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives, managing the company's digital presence, conducting international market research, and supporting management with data-driven insights for strategic business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across both online and offline platforms.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that support business growth and brand awareness.
- Coordinate branding, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and product launches.
- Work closely with internal departments to support sales, operations, and business development activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers, printers, photographers, advertising agencies, and external service providers.
- Prepare marketing plans, campaign calendars, budgets, and performance reports.
- Maintain marketing documentation, promotional materials, and brand assets.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all company divisions and communication channels.
- Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative marketing initiatives.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy.
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content remains updated, optimized, and aligned with branding guidelines.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate the development of graphics, videos, photography, presentations, brochures, and promotional content.
- Plan and execute SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Monitor website performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Generate monthly reports on website traffic, social media engagement, advertising performance, and campaign ROI.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and customer communication initiatives.
- Manage online reputation and customer engagement across digital platforms.
- Research and implement AI-powered marketing tools, automation platforms, and emerging digital technologies.
- Coordinate with website developers and designers for continuous improvements and new digital initiatives.
Global Market Research & Business Intelligence
- Conduct comprehensive market research across GCC countries, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
- Identify new business opportunities, emerging market trends, customer demands, and industry developments.
- Research potential clients, developers, consultants, architects, contractors, distributors, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Monitor construction, architecture, interiors, events, manufacturing, and business transformation sectors relevant to the company's services.
- Analyze competitor activities, service offerings, pricing strategies, marketing approaches, and market positioning.
- Prepare detailed market intelligence reports to support management in strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain databases of prospective clients and key decision-makers across target markets.
- Research government projects, procurement opportunities, tender portals, investment prospects, and market entry strategies.
- Study country-specific regulations, certifications, import/export requirements, and business practices within GCC markets.
- Identify opportunities for new products, services, technologies, and strategic partnerships.
- Support management in evaluating new markets, business expansion opportunities, and long-term growth initiatives.
Coordination & Project Management
- Coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, agencies, consultants, and production teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain project schedules, marketing documentation, approvals, and campaign records.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist management in preparing presentations, proposals, and business development materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing coordination.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and international market research.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
- Working knowledge of WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Experience with graphic design and content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Excellent market research, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Strong supplier, vendor, and agency coordination experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
