Role & responsibilities
1. Document Management & Control (50%)
- Maintain an efficient filing system (soft & hard copies)
- Ensure proper document indexing and easy retrieval
- Manage document versioning, revision tracking, and registers (Drawings, Submittals, RFIs)
- Circulate only the latest approved drawings and documents
2. Submission & Approval Tracking (20%)
- Handle submission of drawings, datasheets, and method statements
- Maintain logs for approvals, comments, and revisions
- Follow up on pending approvals and track resubmission timelines
3. Compliance & Tender Documentation (20%)
- Prepare and organise tender documentation
- Maintain statutory and compliance-related documents
- Ensure adherence to client and regulatory standards
- Keep pre-qualification documents updated
4. Archiving & Project Closure (10%)
- Archive completed project documents systematically
- Maintain secure digital backups
- Prepare final document dossiers for project handover
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
