Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented International Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for overseas job opportunities while ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates through job portals, social media, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate with the documentation and deployment teams to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
- Meet individual recruitment targets and productivity KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on international recruitment trends and client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and overseas recruitment regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience (International recruitment experience is preferred).
- Experience in Healthcare, Engineering, Construction, FMCG, Hospitality, or other overseas recruitment sectors is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
