Role Summary
Join our team to support the emotional well-being of patients and their caregivers, aligned with our "Feel Better to Heal Better" philosophy. You will conduct counseling sessions, understand patient and caregiver concerns, document meaningful stories of change, and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.

Compensation:
- ₹22,000 to 24,000 in hand + PF, ESIC, Mediclaim, Gratuity, Yearly Bonus
- Up to 30,000 CTC
- Overtime Extra
Requirements:
- Education: BA/MA in Psychology
- Experience: 2–3 years in a hospital or healthcare setting (internships will not be considered)
- Preference: Oncology experience preferred
