Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising installation and execution activities of Prefabricated Buildings, PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings), LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Frame) Structures, and other steel structure projects across India while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation and execution of Prefab, PEB, and LGSF projects at site locations.
- Study and interpret structural drawings, erection drawings, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and factory teams.
- Monitor site activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and standards.
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, equipment, and materials at site.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Track project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues.
- Attend site meetings and provide project updates to management.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Prefab Construction Systems.
- Knowledge of PEB Structures and LGSF Construction.
- Understanding of structural steel erection and installation.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Strong site management and team handling skills.
- Good communication and reporting abilities.
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–8 years of experience in Prefab, PEB, LGSF, or Steel Structure projects.
- Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India.
