Job Title: IT Business Development Executive (1–3 Years Experience)Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven IT Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in IT sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical and pre-sales teams to provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of B2B sales and business development.
- Experience in lead generation and client relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, or other IT services.
- Understanding of cloud solutions and enterprise software.
- Experience with digital prospecting and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT sales, business development, or B2B sales.
