Job Purpose:
Support admission marketing and enrolments, attend fairs and counsel students/parents
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role:
· Identify & on-board Agents to source students for various programs
· Develop and implement sales, recruitment and marketing strategies that generate leads and conversions through channel sales/ Agents.
· Participate in visitations and other special events; make presentations at fairs, road shows and other promotional events to explain the programs to potential students.
· Meet targets for assigned areas for each academic intake through delivery of commercially robust sales and recruitment initiatives.
· Develop and maintain effective relationships with prospective students, corporate learning and development heads & other process stakeholders.
· Work closely and frequently with other marketing and student recruitment staff to develop and maintain campaigns and strategies.
· Contribute towards marketing collateral(s) development, event planning & execution, brand development exercises, public relations activities, website and social media development.
· Associated administrative duties, including departmental reports, budget planning, data management, CRM update and management of sales, marketing and promotional events which supports the organizational objectives.
· In addition to the above you may be required to undertake any other activities towards fulfilment of the role.
Key Result Areas:
Students facing team for interested student conversion of leads to applications.
Educational Qualifications & Experience:
· Graduate / Post Graduate Certificate / Diploma in marketing / Sales management.
· 5 -12 years of sales experience.
Skills and Competencies:
· Must have good networking and selling skills.
· Must have experience of “sales” in the service sector / multi course institution.
· Must have an eye for detail, accuracy and follow-up to deliver student acceptances.
· Must have an understanding of the Educational Market in India.
· Must be adept at using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills particularly ability to make presentations to large audiences.
· Must have a pleasant personality and a go-getter attitude.
· Must be capable of working with minimal supervision.
· Willing to travel extensively.

Internal Interactions:
· Marketing Team - Lead generation activities and Info-sessions planning.
· Admission Team - Scheduling & deadline on Tests and Evaluations.
External Interactions:
· Students - Information and counselling for course enrolment.
· Agents - Train agent counsellors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
