We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused Quality Control Personnel to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the quality of e-learning content, maintaining standards, and supporting the delivery of high-quality educational materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify e-learning content for accuracy, quality, and consistency.
- Check grammar, formatting, visual alignment, and instructional standards.
- Ensure learning materials meet client requirements and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with E-learning Designers and content teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Perform quality checks before final delivery.
- Prepare quality reports and track errors or improvements.
- Ensure all deliverables meet timelines and quality expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance / E-learning domain preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management System).
- Understanding of e-learning processes and content standards.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
