Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and achieve production targets.
- Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Manage production staff and maintain discipline.
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and company policies.
- Maintain production records and coordinate with other departments.
Requirements:
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.Sc. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in food manufacturing.
- Basic knowledge of food safety, GMP, and production processes.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
