About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead our architecture vertical as Project Head, overseeing design strategy, client presentations, and end-to-end project delivery across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and planning for residential and commercial projects from concept to completion
- Head a team of architects and coordinate with interior design, site engineering, and client teams
- Present design concepts, cost estimates, and timelines to clients and management
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and municipal approval processes
- Review and approve drawings, 3D designs, and material specifications before execution
- Mentor junior and mid-level architects on the team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch)
- 10-15+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership/project head role
- Strong portfolio of completed residential/commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or similar design software
- Excellent client communication and team leadership skills
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
