Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with strong and practical experience in Plastic Injection Moulding specifically within the Automotive Industry.
The candidate must have hands-on knowledge of automotive plastic injection moulding production, production planning, manpower management, machine operations, quality coordination, and productivity improvement.
IMPORTANT: Candidates without relevant Automotive Plastic Injection Moulding experience and practical knowledge should NOT apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production activities for automotive plastic injection moulding.
- Plan and monitor production as per customer requirements and delivery schedules.
- Handle injection moulding machines, moulds, materials, and production processes.
- Monitor production output, rejection, cycle time, productivity, and OEE.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Lead and manage production operators, technicians, and supervisors.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and process problems.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, PPC, and other departments.
- Reduce rejection, rework, downtime, and production losses.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards.
- Implement continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Maintain production reports, MIS, and relevant production documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of production targets and customer requirements.
Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in Plastic Injection Moulding is mandatory.
- Automotive Industry experience is mandatory.
- Practical knowledge of injection moulding processes and production operations.
- Knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, materials, and process parameters.
- Experience in handling production teams and shop-floor operations.
- Knowledge of production planning, rejection control, cycle time, and productivity improvement.
- Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
- Good coordination with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, and PPC teams.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Production, Plastics or related engineering field preferred.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager who has worked specifically in Automotive Plastic Injection Moulding.

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
