The Graphic Designer is responsible for translating client branding requirements into high-quality, production-ready artwork for corporate merchandise and promotional products. This role involves creating print-ready artwork, SAAS files, product mockups, and ensuring brand guidelines are accurately applied across a wide range of products. The Graphic Designer works closely with the Sales, Account Services, and Production teams to deliver visually appealing and technically accurate branding solutions for enterprise clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesArtwork Creation
- Create production-ready artwork based on client logos, brand guidelines, and product specifications.
- Develop accurate SAAS files with all necessary branding details for production and vendor execution.
- Ensure artwork meets print, embroidery, engraving, UV, screen printing, DTF, sublimation, and other decoration requirements.
- Convert, recreate, or vectorize client logos whenever required while maintaining brand integrity.
Product Mockups
- Design realistic product mockups for client approvals and sales presentations.
- Apply logos and branding proportionately across different merchandise categories.
- Ensure mockups accurately represent product colors, branding placement, and decoration methods.
Brand Compliance
- Ensure all artwork adheres to enterprise brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
- Verify logo usage, colors, typography, clear space, and placement before final approval.
- Maintain consistency across multiple products within the same project.
Production Support
- Collaborate with Production, Vendors, and Sales teams to resolve artwork-related queries.
- Make revisions based on client feedback while ensuring production feasibility.
- Prepare final print-ready files in the required formats for vendors and production partners.
File & Asset Management
- Organize and maintain client artwork, logos, templates, and design assets.
- Maintain version control of artwork files to ensure the latest approved designs are used.
- Build and update a centralized artwork repository for future reference.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Account Service Managers and Sales teams to understand client requirements.
- Coordinate with Vendor Coordinators to ensure artwork specifications align with production capabilities.
- Support urgent client requests while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Artwork turnaround time.
- First-time artwork approval rate.
- Artwork accuracy and production error rate.
- Mockup delivery within SLA.
- Brand guideline compliance.
- Number of revisions due to internal design errors.
- Internal stakeholder satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Good understanding of print production and various branding/decoration techniques.
- Ability to create vector artwork and production-ready files.
- Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in corporate gifting, promotional merchandise, printing, branding, packaging, or advertising.
- Experience working with enterprise brand guidelines and print production processes is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of merchandise branding techniques such as screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, UV printing, pad printing, DTF, sublimation, and heat transfer will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
