Job Overview
Orrish Finance Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, responsible, and result-oriented Senior Legal Recovery Officer to lead the Legal Recovery & Collection Team. The candidate will manage overdue accounts, legal recovery cases, develop recovery strategies, ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC guidelines, and drive team collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor the Legal Recovery & Collection Team.
Allocate recovery cases and monitor follow-ups.
Ensure achievement of individual and team collection targets.
Develop and implement effective recovery strategies.
Follow up through Calls, Emails, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer concerns.
Handle overdue, high-value, and critical loan recovery cases.
Coordinate with Legal, Credit, Operations, and Management teams.
Draft payment reminders, demand notices, legal notices, and recovery documents. Handle cheque bounce cases and legal proceedings.
Manage overdue legal cases until closure.
Ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC guidelines and company policies.
Review MIS and recovery reports.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
Identify high-risk accounts and recommend legal action.
Train and evaluate junior recovery executives.
Handle escalated recovery matters.
