Role Summary
We are seeking a high-energy, performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and unify our end-to-end marketing, lead generation, and patient acquisition strategy across all hospital branches.
This hybrid role bridges corporate brand-building, local branch outreach, digital marketing execution, patient relations, and contact center optimization. The ideal candidate blends creative, out-of-the-box thinking with strict data discipline—orchestrating campaigns that build trust in our specialized care while consistently achieving ambitious patient volume targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Branch Coordination
● Develop, implement, and track annual and quarterly Digital marketing strategies for the hospital brand and individual branches.
● Coordinate seamlessly with Digital marketing team, Customer care team, multi-location Patient relations team, unit managers, and clinical leaders to support local branch goals.
● Maintain a uniform brand voice and ethical medical communication standards across all physical and digital touchpoints.
2. Digital Marketing Leadership
● Lead and mentor an in-house digital team/agency, taking full ownership of organic and paid acquisition strategy.
● Direct search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to dominate regional organic search for key specialty treatments and symptoms.
● Oversee paid marketing (SEM/PPC) across Google Ads and Meta Ads, continually optimizing Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
● Drive creative Social Media Marketing (SMM) strategies—utilizing video, patient testimonials, educational reels, and interactive campaigns to make complex medical care approachable.
● Leverage Hospital Management System (HMS) data to track patient journey pathways, repeat visits, and treatment conversion metrics.
3. Patient Engagement & Customer Care Integration
● Oversee and align the Patient Relations and Customer Care teams to ensure high lead-to-appointment conversion rates.
● Set up, manage, and optimize the Zoho CRM workflow to monitor lead stage progression, follow-up SLAs, and agent productivity.
● Utilize and configure the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and cloud telephony systems to streamline call routing, reduce dropped calls, and analyze peak inquiry traffic.
● Monitor patient satisfaction scores, online reviews, and feedback loops across branches, turning insights into actionable marketing and communication improvements.
4. Performance, Targets & Analytics
● Work towards clear targets: Inpatient/Outpatient (IP/OP) volume growth, doctor consultation schedules, and overall marketing ROI.
● Monitor and present monthly performance dashboards evaluating campaign performance, CRM pipeline health, conversion ratios, and branch-level revenues.
● Test non-traditional outreach channels, innovative storytelling formats, and guerilla marketing tactics to outpace competitors.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements
● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Healthcare Management, or relevant fields.
● Experience: 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record in healthcare, single-specialty hospital chains, or multi-location clinical networks.
Core Technical Competencies:
○ Advanced hands-on understanding or management of Zoho CRM (or equivalent enterprise CRMs) and cloud IVR platforms.
○ Deep familiarity with Digital Marketing frameworks (SEO, SEM/Google Ads, Meta Ads, SMM, content strategy).
○ Direct working knowledge of Hospital Management Systems (HMS) and patient workflow integration.
● Key Skills:
○ Target-Driven Mindset: Comfortable owning revenue-linked lead targets and team KPIs.
○ Multi-Location Leadership: Demonstrated capability to manage remote cross-functional teams (telecallers, patient relations officers, media producers).
○ Out-of-the-Box Thinking: Strong storytelling acumen capable of creating engaging, empathetic medical content without violating clinical ethics.
○ Analytical Aptitude: Ability to translate CRM data and digital metrics into strategic operational decisions.
Compensation & Benefits
● Base Salary: Industry-standard fixed pay negotiable based on experience and proven portfolio.
● Incentive Structure: Performance-linked quarterly/annual bonuses directly tied to achievement of branch patient targets, inquiry conversions, and digital growth milestones.
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
