Position Summary
As the Admin Manager, you will be the backbone of our day-to-day office and factory administration. You will be responsible for managing facilities, supervising administrative staff, coordinating with vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining a seamless workflow across departments. The ideal candidate is a highly organized leader with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Facility & Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the office and factory premises. Manage corporate assets, office supplies, and inventory levels.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with external vendors (security, housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and logistics). Ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service.
- Compliance & Liaison: Ensure compliance with local administrative regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements. Liaison with government authorities and local bodies as needed.
- Security & Safety Administration: Oversee campus security protocols, CCTV monitoring, and visitor management. Coordinate fire safety drills and maintain emergency protocols.
- Travel & Hospitality: Manage corporate travel arrangements, transport coordination, and accommodation for employees and visiting clients/guests.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare the annual administrative budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the administrative, housekeeping, and security teams.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Admin).
- Experience: 5 to 15 years of experience in administrative management, preferably (Age Of 40 TO 45 must be)within a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of workplace safety guidelines and local labor/facility compliance.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solve on the fly.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
