Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Execution & Supervision
Lead site execution for fire-fighting and fire-alarm system installations.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and IS/NBC/UL/FM standards.
Conduct daily site inspections and resolve technical/site issues.
Manage erection of pipelines, pumps, valves, detectors, and all fittings.
2. Planning & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly progress schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and labor teams for smooth execution.
Liaise with consultants, architects, and clients for approvals and inspections.
Verify measurements with clients and ensure billing documentation is accurate.
3. Resource Management
Supervise site manpower deployment (technicians, fitters, welders, helpers).
Ensure timely delivery of materials, pipes, pumps, and fittings to site.
Manage store and inventory at site with proper documentation.
4. Quality & Safety Compliance
Ensure work adheres to company SOPs, quality checks, and ISHRAE/NBC/UL standards.
Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure safe working practices at site.
Maintain proper color coding, testing, and commissioning records.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site logbook of activities, manpower, and material usage.
Prepare and submit site progress reports to the Project Manager.
Ensure timely submission of joint measurement sheets and invoices.
Document testing & commissioning reports (Hydro test, Pump test, Alarm test).
Required Skills & Competencies:
Basic knowledge of fire safety systems (hydrants, sprinklers, pumps, etc.) preferred.
Ability to read and understand drawings (training will be provided if required).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong organizational and reporting ability.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
