Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform.
- Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Support day-to-day CRM operations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user requests.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality processes.
- Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and validation activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, maintain platform reliability, and ensure data integrity.
- Support release activities, testing, and deployment of Salesforce enhancements.
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce CRM Administrator.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud administration.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Experience managing users, security, profiles, roles, workflows, validation rules, and reports.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management and governance.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Exposure to Power BI for reporting and analytics is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting B2B sales operations.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and CRM optimization.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce release management and change control.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
