Earthy Grains is an artisan bakery specialising in sourdough, wholegrain and naturally fermented breads. We work with real ingredients, slow processes, and a hands-on, small-team approach to baking.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Baker at Earthy Grains, you will be responsible for:
- Daily production of breads, crackers, cookies, and other baked products
- Mixing, shaping, fermenting, baking, and finishing products as per standard recipes
- Handling fermented doughs with care and consistency
- Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Assisting with prep work, batching, and basic inventory management
- Working closely with the head baker/owner to maintain product quality
Skills & Requirements
- Basic understanding of baking processes
- Ability to follow recipes and production schedules accurately
- Physically fit to handle standing work and morning shifts
- Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
