We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator for our coupling manufacturing unit. Candidate should be proficient in operating CNC Lathe/VMC for machining coupling components .
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up CNC Lathe / VMC machines for manufacturing of couplings and coupling components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, G-code, and M-code for machining operations.
- Perform daily machine setup, tool selection, offset setting, and program loading.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy as per drawings using Vernier, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
- Monitor machining process and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired surface finish and tolerances.
- Carry out basic machine maintenance, coolant management, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with QC and production team for timely dispatch of coupling parts.
- Follow all safety protocols and quality standards in the manufacturing unit.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma in Machinist/Mechanical with 2+ years hands-on experience on CNC Lathe/VMC.
Experience in machining of coupling, flange, hub, and shaft components preferred.
Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T
Good understanding of machining parameters, speeds, feeds, and cutting tools
Must be able to work in shifts
Salary: As per industry standards + OT + Incentives
Shift: Day/Night rotational shift
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
