Bespoke Carat is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Etsy Store Manager & E-commerce Assistant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize Etsy product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and attributes.
- Manage daily Etsy store operations, including product uploads and updates.
- Edit product images using Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
- Create promotional graphics and banners for Etsy and social media.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) by creating and scheduling posts.
- Respond to customer messages professionally and assist with order management.
- Research competitors and identify new product opportunities.
- Maintain accurate product information and inventory.
- Assist with other e-commerce and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience managing an Etsy store is preferred.
- Knowledge of Etsy SEO and listing optimization.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or other image editing software.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
- Good written English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Shopify is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT is an advantage.
