About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students through the admission process, recommend suitable courses, and convert inquiries into enrolments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Sales
- Counsel prospective students through phone calls, video calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand student career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course curriculum, fees, placement assistance, and career opportunities.
- Handle objections and assist students in making informed decisions.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly enrolment targets.
Lead Management
- Follow up on fresh, warm, and cold leads assigned through CRM.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until admission closure.
- Ensure timely response to all inquiries.
CRM & Reporting
- Update lead status, counselling notes, and follow-up schedules in CRM.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions and student interactions.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordination & Student Experience
- Coordinate with the Operations, Academic, and Finance teams for smooth onboarding.
- Support students during the admission and payment process.
- Ensure a seamless student journey from inquiry to enrolment.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- 2–5 years of experience in EdTech, Education, Training Institutes, or B2C Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Compensation
As per industry norms and candidate experience + Attractive Incentives
