Overview:-
We are seeking a proactive and people-centric Senior HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with 3–5 years of experience who has worked across multiple HR functions and enjoys balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening HR processes, ensuring statutory compliance, enhancing employee experience, supporting business leaders, and driving initiatives across the employee lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
· Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and offboarding.
· Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
· Ensure employee data is updated in the HRMS.
· Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
· Manage employee letters, contracts, and other HR documentation.
Talent Acquisition
· Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
· Coordinate with recruitment partners and job portals.
· Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Employee Relations
· Build positive relationships with employees across departments.
· Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally.
· Support disciplinary processes and conduct investigations where required.
· Foster a culture of collaboration, engagement, and open communication.
· Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
HR Compliance:-
· Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
· Maintain statutory records and support audits.
· Assist in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies.
· Coordinate compliance-related documentation and reporting.
Performance Management
· Support the execution of the organization's performance management framework.
· Coordinate goal-setting, performance review cycles, and appraisal processes.
· Assist managers in conducting effective performance discussions.
· Monitor completion of performance reviews and maintain related documentation.
Learning & Development
· Identify learning needs in partnership with business leaders.
· Coordinate internal and external training programs.
· Track training participation and effectiveness.
· Support employee development initiatives and career growth programs.
Employee Engagement
· Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
· Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback.
· Support initiatives focused on employee recognition, retention, and organizational culture.
· Assist in implementing action plans based on employee feedback.
HR Projects
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR processes.
· Support HR automation and HRMS optimization.
· Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for management.
· Participate in organizational change management initiatives.
Requirements:-
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
· MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.
· 3+ years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist.
· Strong understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
· Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
· Experience managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
· Proficiency in HRMS platforms (preferably Keka) and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· A proactive, collaborative, and employee-centric approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
