- Direct daily gym floor operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all members.
- Supervise and schedule floor staff, personal trainers, and front desk personnel to maintain optimal coverage.
- Conduct regular equipment audits and safety checks to ensure 100% compliance with health regulations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for member queries, resolving complaints promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
