Experience Required:
Minimum 5+ Years Experience in Industrial Electrical Projects
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- BE / B.Tech Electrical Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete industrial electrical project execution
- Handle site planning, manpower, and material management
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and site engineers
- Ensure project completion within timeline and quality standards
- Supervise HT/LT electrical installation work
- Monitor electrical safety standards and compliance
- Prepare project reports, daily progress reports, and billing updates
- Manage troubleshooting and technical support at project sites
- Ensure proper documentation and project coordination
- It is mandatory to bring along a team of at least 20–25 Electrical Workers for project execution work.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
- Leadership and team management skills
- Project planning and execution experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple site activities
- Knowledge of safety standards and industrial practices
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Industrial Electrical Project Execution
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling project sites
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidate must bring along a team of at least 20 to 25 Electrical Workers/Labours for project execution work.
