About the Role
Integrated Project Design (IPD) is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Structural Modeler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structural BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit and will work closely with engineers and project teams to deliver accurate, high-quality models and drawings for international projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare structural models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Interpret RCC and structural steel drawings for BIM modeling.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and structural engineers to resolve design clashes.
- Perform model quality checks and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions and client feedback.
- Support clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
- Maintain project documentation and BIM standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in BIM structural modeling.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Mandatory).
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Experience in structural modeling and detailing.
- Understanding of RCC and structural steel construction drawings.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with international BIM standards and workflows is an added advantage.
