About YourTrainer YourTrainer is a fast growing online fitness & nutrition coaching platform built for Indian working professionals. We deliver 1:1 personalized coaching and group live classes through our proprietary app helping clients build sustainable fitness habits without stepping into a gym.
Role Overview We're looking for a skilled, self-driven online trainer to own client delivery end-to-end from onboarding to transformation. You'll handle 1:1 coaching + group live sessions and be the primary point of accountability for your client roster.
Responsibilities
- Conduct online 1:1 sessions and group live classes (strength & conditioning focused)
- Design customized workout programs based on client goals, fitness levels, and equipment availability
- Track client progress weekly adjustments to plans based on data, not guesswork
- Maintain regular check-ins via app/WhatsApp and ensure client retention
- Update session notes, progress logs, and reports inside the YourTrainer app
- Coordinate with the nutrition team where required
- Flag at-risk clients early and escalate to leadership
Requirements
- 2–3 years of hands-on personal training experience (online experience preferred)
- Certified: ACSM / ACE / NASM/ K11 or equivalent (mandatory — attach certificate)
- Strong knowledge of strength training programming and progressive overload
- Comfortable running live sessions via Zoom / Google Meet
- Reliable internet, laptop/phone, and a quiet setup for video sessions
- Excellent communication in English and Hindi
- Familiarity with fitness tracking apps is a plus
