Job Title: Outlet Chef (Indian Cuisine)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management (preferred).
- 2–5 years of kitchen experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the assigned kitchen outlet.
- Prepare and present food according to recipes and quality standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Ensure food is prepared and served on time.
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP/FSSAI).
- Monitor food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Chef: 2 years (Preferred)
- Indian cuisine: 2 years (Required)
