Job Summary
KRA Jewellers is hiring Assistant Managers for its Pune showroom. This is a leadership position — the selected candidate will be groomed to become a Showroom Manager at a KRA location outside Pune within 12–18 months. This role is designed for candidates who are ready to plant roots in a new city — relocation outside Pune is an inherent part of the career path.
The role focuses on deepening customer relationships, building team capability, and running showroom operations anchored in strong systems — SOP, 5S, and Kaizen.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and improve the customer journey process to create conditions for natural conversion
- Apply the ND Framework (customer needs, desires, buying behaviour) in daily sales interactions
- Nurture customer relationships through thoughtful follow-ups — Purchase Plan conversations, post-purchase check-ins, and VIP engagement
- Train and coach the sales team through role-plays and real case learning
- Ensure SOP compliance, 5S, and daily showroom discipline
- Maintain inventory health and stock movement
- Track daily MIS and CRM data to identify system-level patterns and improvement opportunities
- Lead Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives
Candidate Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Retail / Jewellery / Luxury Sales
- Graduate in any discipline; background in Commerce or Business Administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years in a team handling role
- Strong interest in customer engagement, team leadership, and operational excellence
- Fluent in Marathi & Hindi; working knowledge of English
- Willingness and readiness to relocate outside Pune is mandatory — this is a non-negotiable requirement of the role
- Knowledge of jewellery / diamonds preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month during Pune phase
- Promotion to Showroom Manager within 12–18 months with salary revision
- Relocation support + housing allowance post transfer to another city
