About the Role
At Time & Style, we operate at the intersection of repair, restoration, and luxury upkeep through The Repair Hub, offering expert repair services for watches, luxury accessories, and home tech. Alongside brand campaigns, this role involves working directly with Rachna Wadhwa to create compelling personal branding content, lifestyle videos, and behind-the-scenes shoots for her personal social media handles.
We are looking for an energetic Videographer Intern to capture high-converting performance ads, satisfy-to-watch repair process videos, and engaging lifestyle Reels.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair Hub Content (Time & Style): Shoot macro, detailed, and dynamic videos of watch/accessory repairs, restoration transformations, and service walk-throughs for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Personal Brand Shoots (Rachna Wadhwa): Capture pieces for Rachna's personal handle—including talking-head videos, lifestyle clips, day-in-the-life content, and thought leadership Reels.
- Performance Marketing Ads: Produce crisp, hook-driven video ad creatives aimed at driving service bookings and brand awareness.
- Lighting & Studio Setup: Manage lighting, composition, and sound across varied settings—from intricate micro-shots of repair work to studio talking-head setups.
- Brief Execution: Execute video concepts, storyboards, and scripts provided by the Directors with speed and visual precision.
- Gear Maintenance: Organize and safely handle camera bodies, lenses, stabilization gear, ring lights, softboxes, and wireless mic setups.
- On-Set Collaboration: Work alongside repair technicians, seniors, and Rachna directly to ensure seamless content production.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Location: Based in or able to commute to Greater Kailash.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras or high-end mobile cinematic rigs, macro framing, continuous LED/softbox lighting setups, and crisp wireless audio capture.
- Eye for Detail: Strong understanding of framing, lighting temperature, focal depth, and color contrast—especially for micro-details like watch gears and surface restorations.
- Content Intuition: Up-to-date with current Instagram trends, pacing, transitions, and audio sync methods.
- Adaptability: Comfortable transitioning between technical product/service shoots and fast-paced personal lifestyle content.
Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
