Floor Manager – Restaurant Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an energetic, guest-focused Floor Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has strong leadership skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities - Manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth service. - Lead, motivate, and supervise the service team. - Deliver outstanding guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally. - Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely food and beverage service. - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and restaurant presentation standards. - Conduct staff briefings and allocate daily responsibilities. - Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and team performance. - Handle cash, billing, POS operations, and end-of-day closing procedures. - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs. - Train and develop team members to maintain high service standards. Requirements - 2–5 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory/management role. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. - Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations. - Hospitality degree/diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
