Job Opening: Bartender / Mixologist – Mokro (8796818399)
Mokro is looking for an experienced Bartender/Mixologist who can create great drinks and deliver an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, beer, and beverages with consistency.
- Develop signature drinks and seasonal specials.
- Maintain bar hygiene, stock, and inventory.
- Ensure proper glassware, garnishing, and presentation.
- Follow food safety and responsible alcohol service standards.
- Coordinate with the floor and kitchen teams for smooth service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender/mixologist in a restaurant, lounge, or bar.
- Good knowledge of classic cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and bar operations.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours.
- Basic English communication and good guest interaction skills.
- Honest, disciplined, well-groomed, and a team player.
- Experience with inventory management is an added advantage.
Location: Mokro, Noida
Salary: As per experience + incentives
