We are looking for a high-energy Relationship Manager to accelerate our retail (Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans) and MSME lending portfolios. In this role, you will act as a driving force for business acquisition through a dual-growth strategy: establishing an elite network of independent loan agents, financial connectors, and Chartered Accountants (CAs), while simultaneously engaging direct clients to capture high-intent loan requirements By different methods from lead generation ,cold calling to making conversions.You will manage the entire deal lifecycle—from initial market sourcing and financial document curation to aggressively navigating files through banking channels—ensuring seamless, fast-tracked execution from login to final loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Active Lead Generation: Outbound cold-calling from databases, open market sourcing, and following up on raw digital leads to identify customers looking for HL, LAP, or PL.
Client Profiling & Financial Consultation: Pitch the right loan product to the customer based on their financial needs, check basic eligibility parameters (income, property type, salary structure), and handle initial rate-of-interest objections.
Frictionless Document Collection: Drive the quick collection of full document kits from the customer (KYC, Income Tax Returns, salary slips, property papers, and 12-month bank statements).
End-to-End File Ownership (Login to Disbursement): Own the entire file lifecycle. Log the documents into our system, collaborate with back-end/lender teams to resolve credit queries, clear legal/technical property checks, and push until the money is disbursed to the customer's account.
B2B Network Expansion :Aggressively map, cold-call, and meet independent loan agents, freelance connectors, and Chartered Accountants (CAs) to pitch our fintech platform and onboard them into our network.
Lead Generation via Partners: Drive your onboarded DSA/CA network to actively submit high-quality retail and MSME customer leads into our pipeline.
End-to-End File Ownership (Login to Disbursement): Once a partner submits a customer lead, you own the entire lifecycle. You must ensure the customer's full document kit is collected, logged correctly into the system, and tracked daily.
Sales Conversion Hustle: Actively coordinate between the partner bank/NBFC credit managers, the DSA, and the end customer to resolve document queries, clear bottlenecks, and push the file until the loan is successfully disbursed.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
