ob Summary
We are looking for a skilled Tourist Visa Counselor who can handle end-to-end processing of holiday visa applications for international destinations. The candidate should have strong expertise in documentation, client handling, and country-specific tourist visa requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle tourist visa applications only (no work visas)
- Provide accurate guidance for:
- Schengen countries
- UK
- USA
- Canada
- Australia
- Other holiday destinations
- Check and verify documents (financials, travel plans, cover letters, etc.)
- Prepare and review visa files before submission
- Coordinate with VFS / embassy submission centers
- Track application status and update clients regularly
- Handle visa refusals and guide on re-application
- Maintain proper documentation records and MIS
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum 3–4 years in tourist visa processing
- Strong knowledge of holiday visa documentation and procedures (Student Visa Knowledge is an advantage)
- Good communication and client-handling skills
- High attention to detail (critical role)
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
Preferred Skills
- Experience in travel agency environment
- Familiarity with VFS systems and embassy portals
- Basic itinerary understanding (added advantage)
Working Details
- Location: Sector 17, Chandigarh
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM
