Job Responsibilities
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website inquiries, social media platforms, WhatsApp, and other business channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable company services or programs.
- Explain the company's services, projects, and offerings in a clear, professional, and engaging manner.
- Convert interested leads into customers by providing accurate information and building trust.
- Assist customers with registrations, bookings, payments, onboarding, and other required processes.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers until the sales or onboarding process is successfully completed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales, conversion, and customer engagement targets.
Eligibility
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi. Basic English communication will be an added advantage.
- Bhojpuri or other regional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), WhatsApp Web, email, and internet usage.
- Comfortable using CRM software or willing to learn.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to achieve sales goals.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Candidates with experience in Tele Sales, Customer Support, Business Development, Admission Counseling, Customer Success, or Inside Sales will be given preference.
