We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive who is passionate about sales, marketing, and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business pitches.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Execute digital and offline marketing initiatives to promote the company's services.
- Manage social media marketing and assist in creating promotional content.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, networking events, and client meetings.
- Follow up on leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Prepare business development and marketing reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events, if required.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
