Job Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will undergo structured training in manufacturing operations, production processes, maintenance activities, quality systems, and safety practices. The trainee will gain practical exposure to plant operations while assisting senior engineers in achieving production, quality, cost, and productivity objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction
- Learn and understand the complete manufacturing process.
- Monitor daily production activities and machine performance.
- Assist in achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Analyze production losses and suggest process improvements.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain records.
Maintenance
- Support preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize machine downtime.
- Maintain maintenance logs and equipment history records.
Quality
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and inspection procedures.
- Support root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives.
Safety
- Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by self and workers.
- Report unsafe conditions and participate in safety audits.
Continuous Improvement
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM activities.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Assist in implementing process optimization projects.
Documentation
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain engineering drawings, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Update production and maintenance records accurately.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
