Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Allocate duties and manage housekeeping staff schedules and attendance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, common areas, and service areas.
- Coordinate with maintenance, front office, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Handle guest/resident requests and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, chemicals, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with housekeeping SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on service standards and procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain housekeeping records.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of housekeeping equipment and materials.
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel, resort, luxury property, or premium residential community.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, SOPs, and hygiene standards.
- Good team-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates from reputed luxury hotels/resorts will be preferred.
Job Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
