Role Summary
Lead the complete Finance & Accounts function while driving financial strategy, governance, banking, taxation, compliance, project finance and the company's SME IPO journey.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Treasury and Banking.
· Manage budgeting, MIS, cash flow and working capital.
· Finalize financial statements and statutory compliance.
· Coordinate with banks, auditors and financial institutions.
· Drive project accounting, costing and profitability analysis.
· Lead ERP implementation and internal financial controls.
· Lead SME IPO readiness and execution with merchant bankers, legal advisors and auditors.
· Ensure post-listing compliance and corporate governance.
Eligibility
· CA preferred with 12–18 years of experience.
· Mandatory experience in Interior Fit-outs, EPC, Construction or Furniture Manufacturing.
· Strong expertise in GST, Income Tax, Treasury, MIS, Budgeting and Strategic Finance.
· Must have successfully led or played a key role in at least one SME IPO while managing the finance function.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
