Job Title: HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll)
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll) to manage end-to-end recruitment and payroll operations for our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring qualified employees—especially kitchen staff such as cooks—as well as maintaining employee records, attendance, payroll, and other HR administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Hire cooks, kitchen staff, and other employees as per business requirements.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
Verify candidate documents and references.
Issue offer letters and coordinate employee joining formalities.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Payroll & HR Administration
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and overtime details.
Ensure timely salary disbursement and resolve payroll-related queries.
Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
Prepare employment contracts, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Keep employee records updated and confidential.
Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Serve as the point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Support management with HR reports, recruitment status, and employee data.
Help build a positive and professional workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment and payroll management.
Experience hiring blue-collar or hospitality staff is preferred.
Knowledge of payroll processing and HR documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll software.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Skills
Experience in the restaurant, cloud kitchen, or hospitality industry.
Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Good problem-solving and time-management abilities.
