Purple Brick provides a full array of digital marketing services SEO, search ads, social media, email marketing, content, consulting, and digital marketing audits. We also provide staff augmentation services or even hire resources on a per-day or hour basis. We have worked with clients from Australia, Canada, Germany, France, the USA, Singapore, Kenya, UAE & India.
Position: SEO Manager / SEO Expert
Location: Sector 57, Gurugram
Experience: 4–7+ years in SEO (with team management experience)

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic growth across multiple projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team while ensuring quality execution.
- Own on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning.
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and account managers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Monitor organic traffic, rankings, conversions, and prepare performance reports for clients.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, AI-driven search trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
What We're Looking For
- 4–7+ years of hands-on SEO experience with at least 2–3 years of team leadership.
- Strong expertise in Technical, On-page, and Off-page SEO.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience handling websites with 50,000+ monthly organic sessions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of search intent, Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T, and AI's impact on search.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and build long-term SEO strategies.
