We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive to support day-to-day activities across Accounts, Administration, and Human Resources functions. This is a multi-functional role suited for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to grow in business operations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling basic accounting tasks, office administration responsibilities, employee coordination, documentation, and HR support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and data entries.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, payments, and reimbursements.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tracking.
- Prepare basic MIS reports and expense summaries.
- Coordinate with accounting firm, auditors, vendors, and banks when required.
- Maintain financial files and ensure proper documentation.
- Support monthly closing activities and GST/TDS documentation.
Administration
- Manage office purchases, vendor coordination, and facility requirements.
- Handle courier, travel bookings, accommodation, and meeting arrangements.
- Maintain office records, contracts, and asset registers.
- Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.
Human Resources
- Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and attendance data.
- Support payroll inputs and leave management processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and communication.
- Ensure HR documents and policies are properly maintained.
- Assist in induction and employee compliance processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts/Admin/HR support roles.
- Office Productivity Tools (Google Docs, Excel, Word)
- Tally and attendance management tools
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
