- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Work closely with design and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Sales Expertise: Strong background in retail or B2C,B2B sales, preferably in home interiors, modular kitchens, or wardrobes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with persuasive presentation abilities.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering value.
- Tech skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, or interior design.
