Job Summary:
The Gymnastics Coach is responsible for planning and conducting gymnastics training sessions, developing students' strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and confidence. The coach ensures a safe and supportive learning environment while preparing students for school, inter-school, and competitive gymnastics events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct gymnastics coaching sessions for students of different age groups.
- Teach fundamental and advanced gymnastics techniques, including floor exercises and apparatus work as appropriate.
- Develop students' strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and overall physical fitness.
- Ensure proper warm-up, stretching, and cool-down routines during every session.
- Identify and nurture talented students for school teams and competitions.
- Prepare students for inter-school, district, state, and national-level gymnastics events.
- Ensure the safe use and maintenance of gymnastics equipment and training facilities.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback for improvement.
- Promote discipline, confidence, teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship.
- Maintain attendance, performance records, and training plans.
- Coordinate with school management for sports events, demonstrations, and competitions.
- Stay updated with the latest coaching techniques, safety standards, and gymnastics regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed.) or equivalent.
- Certification in Gymnastics Coaching from a recognized organization (preferred).
- Prior experience coaching gymnastics in a school, academy, or sports club is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
