Responsibilities:
- Create visually stunning and effective designs for various digital and print materials, such as logos, social media posts, brochures, and flyers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, translating them into compelling design concepts.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design materials, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices to enhance the quality and impact of design work.
- Prepare production files, ensuring accurate and high-quality output for print or digital use.
- Communicate and present design ideas and concepts effectively to team members and clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
What we are looking for
- 6 months-1.5 years of hands-on experience in graphic/visual design, preferably in an agency or marketing-led environment.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of branding, layout systems, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to think beyond aesthetics and design with intent, context, and strategy.
- Working knowledge of digital design principles and how visuals perform across platforms.
- Comfortable handling feedback, pressure, and tight timelines with maturity.
- Clear communication skills and strong ownership of work.
Formal education or certification is a plus, not a requirement.
What matters most is design thinking, visual judgement, accountability, and independence.
